Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We copy and paste the shipping information you enter when creating your shipping label.  This includes your email address.  Please enter all information correctly to avoid delays and to receive your tracking information.  Most orders ship from our NJ location via the USPS and UPS.  With the exception of key machine orders, most orders will ship via USPS mail.  All orders include tracking information.  Most orders over $75.00 are sent signature required.

Free Shipping applies to orders shipped within the Contiguous United States and does not include APO/FPO addresses.  Most orders using the Free Shipping option ship via the USPS or UPS.  If you cannot accept deliveries by the USPS or UPS, please note this in the notes field upon checkout to avoid delays or returns.

All orders over $50.00 must be shipped to a VERIFIED ADDRESS. 
This is the billing address provided by, and verified with, your credit card company or with PayPal. 
If you would like your order shipped to an address other than the billing address of your credit or debit card, we suggest checking out with PayPal.  This is a free service and you can use any major credit card.  PayPal allows you to enter additional addresses, as well as your billing address.  PayPal calls these verified addresses.

All orders shipped using UPS Overnight, 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air ship Signature Required.

Although a majority of our orders are shipped via the USPS, we have found large, overweight items ship better via UPS.  We reserve the right to change shippers on certain orders.

Most in stock orders will be shipped same business day if placed by 2:00 p.m. EST. 

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days for a refund of original price, minus a 10% restocking fee and any shipping charges.  If you are returning a partial amount of what you ordered, there is a 50% restocking fee and original shipping charge.  Customers are responsible for shipping the return back at their expense.  Please contact our office to assure that your order is returnable and to
obtain an Return Authorization Number.

Items that are returned to us marked return to sender, or undeliverable, will be charged a 10% restocking fee, less shipping. 
No further delivery attempts will be made.


ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE INCLUDE:
  • Key machines
  • Automotive equipment, including, but not limited to, RW4, EZ Clone, PLUS Boxes, Smart Pro, VATS Kits.
  • Key cutting packages, including, but not limited to, the merchandiser, the key blank assortment and/or the key machine
  • Precut keys
  • Key blank assortments
  • Key machine parts
  • Literature
  • Specials or close outs
  • Special orders. 
Performance issues with key machines must be addressed with the manufacturer.  It is recommended that you retain all paperwork and packaging from your key machine in case you encounter any problems.  We HIGHLY recommend keeping the box your key machine came in just in case your machine needs to be sent back for service.
