    1998 GMC Jimmy

    I used this on a 1998 Jimmy but it can be used on many GM vehicles. Check fitment. I used the internet but you can call any dealer and they’ll tell you for free using your VIN. Program: Press and Hold the vehicle’s door locks (on the door panel!). Cycle key to “On” twice. Return to “Off”. Locks should cycle telling you it’s in “Program” mode. Release the vehicle’s door locks. On the REMOTE, Press and Hold “Lock” and “Unlock” simultaneously. Locks should cycle telling you it has been programmed.
