The replacement parts in this Tune Up Kit will ONLY work with an
ILCO brand 040HD key cutting machine.
Our Key Cutting Machine Tune Up Kit includes the following OEM ILCO replacement parts
- Cutting Wheel (P-CU20)
- Cutting wheels become dull over time and need replacing.
- If your cutting wheel is missing teeth or cutting slow, it's time to replace it.
- Drive Belt (3L-170)
- Drive belts lose their elasticity and grip over time and will eventually break.
- If you're belt isn't gripping the motor and cutter pulleys the way it should, the key cutting process takes longer or just won't happen at all.
- Deburring Wheel (814-00-51)
This is the #1 wear item on any key machine.
If the bristles are too short, removing left over material from the key cutting process becomes difficult, challenging or impossible.
