The replacement parts in this Tune Up Kit will ONLY work with an
ILCO/Orion brand KD50C key cutting machine.
Our Key Cutting Machine Tune Up Kit includes the following OEM ILCO/Orion replacement parts
- Cutting Wheel (CU50A)
- Cutting wheels become dull over time and need replacing.
- If your cutting wheel is missing teeth or cutting slow, it's time to replace it.
- 2 Drive Belts (BD0059XXXX)
- Drive belts lose their elasticity and grip over time and will eventually break.
- If you're belt isn't gripping the motor and cutter pulleys the way it should, the key cutting process takes longer or just won't happen at all.
- Cutter Guide (BD0332XXXX)
- Cutter guides (also known as a tracer, stylus or copy dog) become rounded or dented over time and lose their sharp/smooth edge, resulting in poor key machine operation or duplicate keys that don't work.
- It's a good idea to replace both the cutter and tracer at the same time when calibrating your machine.
- Deburring Wheel (BD0316XXXX)
This is the #1 wear item on any key machine.
If the bristles are too short, removing left over material from the key cutting process becomes difficult, challenging or impossible.
